You can view a real-time dashboard for each of your customers. The customer dashboard enables you to see customer data pulled from customer records at a glance without having to search records individually. NetSuite customer dashboards show Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trend graphs, report snapshots and reports pertaining to each customer.
NetSuite includes a specialised dashboard that is available for every customer — including leads and prospects — in your system. It provides at-a-glance access to a customer’s key data, so you do not need to search through multiple screens to gather and piece together the information you need.
Three ways to open a customer dashboard
Click the View Dashboard icon on a customer record, or on a row in a customer list.

You can also open the customer list, then hover to the left of the customer’s name and click the View Dashboard icon.

Or use global search at the top of NetSuite to go straight into a customer’s dashboard — enter CUS: customer_name in the Global Search field.

What is on it by default
The customer dashboard provides, at a glance, the most important customer information for a user. By default it includes:
- Customer — summary information about the record, with buttons to view or edit it.
- Key Performance Indicators — important summary data for that customer.
- Top 5 items by sales.
- Customer Dashboard Links — links to related reports, and to create a new activity or transaction.
- Transactions — recent customer transactions.
- Reports — sales by customer, sales by item, open sales orders, cases, A/R aging, A/R payment history and more.
