Did you know about the Customer Dashboard?
It enables you to see your customers’ info all on one page?
You can view a real-time dashboard for each of your customers as well. The customer dashboard enables you to see customer data pulled from customer records at a glance without having to search records individually. NetSuite Customer dashboards show Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), trend graphs, report snapshots and reports pertaining to each customer.
NetSuite includes a specialized dashboard that is available for every customer (including leads and prospects) in your system. The customer dashboard provides at-a-glance access to key customer’s data, so you do not need to search through multiple screens to gather and piece together the information you need.
To open a dashboard for a customer, you can:
- Click the View Dashboard icon on a Customer record or on a row in a customer
You can also open the customer list, then hover to the left of the customer’s name and click the View Dashboard icon.
You can also use the global search at the top of NetSuite to directly go into the customer’s dashboard.
- Enter “CUS: customer_name” in the Global Search field at the top of the NetSuite page.
The Customer dashboard provides at a glance the most important customer information for a user.
By default, a customer dashboard includes the following portlets:
- The Customer portlet displays summary information about the record and includes buttons to View or Edit update information on the customer record.
- The Key Performance Indicators portlet displays important summary data for the customer.
- Top 5 items by sales
- The Customer Dashboard Links portlet shows links to reports related to the customer, as well as links to create a new activity or transaction for the customer.
- The Transactions portlet displays information about recent customer transactions.
- Reports of the customer: Sales by customer, Sales by item, Open sales orders, Cases, A/R Aging, A/R Payment History by Payment, and more
